Espana Restauant

Terrific Tapas, exceptional shrimp and a variety of seafood and meat dishes make
this bistro one of my favorite dining experiences. For traditional Spanish and Portuguese
offerings that are outstanding, the spice and price are right!

ARTE PIZZA
109 N 3rd Street Fernandina Beach 904-277-1515
If you have a taste for excellent Italian food, then this small restaurant
should be your destination. The owner, from Capri, Italy has put together
a symphony of pizzas, pastas and fresh salads that in my view are
unmatched on the Island.

Bretts Waterway Cafe

Intercostal Wine Company
10 North Second street, Fernandina Beach 904-321-1300
At first I thought I was back in SoHo, New York City. This smartly designed wine bar
is fashioned into a large loft space. Wine tasting, private tastings and delicious cheese
are what makes Intercoastal special. They offer a fine selection of both domestic and
imported wines.

| The Farmers Market at Fernandina Beach |
|
|

Saturday morning, skip your walk on the beach and
take a stroll down main street and experience the fantastic
Fernandina Beach Farmers Market.
Fresh vegetables - locally grown, mouth watering baked breads and pantries
right out of the oven are just a few of the many special offerings.
You can enjoy a piping hot cup of organic coffee while listening to the very talented
“Hickory Wind” belt out beautiful American, Gospel and Blue grass tunes.
There is nothing more American than the Fernandina farmers market.
The people serving you are genuine and gracious, the atmosphere warm and friendly and
the market is made more special by being nestled within an historic Victorian town.
This is about as ”down home” as you can get.

Rental Reviews
Mr. Fiorentino:
I never took the opportunity to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your condo at Amelia Island.
I was there for the Georgia Healthcare Administrator’s Convention from June 13-20. That is such a nice place
and was very comfortable. Everything was simply beautiful. I believe it was the best stocked rental I have ever
stayed in while away at convention. I appreciate every convenience and the overall atmosphere of the community
in general. Maybe we’ll revisit in the future if available. Thank you!
Janine
Greetings Lou . . .
forgive my tardiness, but I wanted extend a sincere thank you for making your wonderful
Ocean Place property available for our recent stay. Susan and I had a fabulous 2-week getaway, and had only
one day of rain the entire time! That made daily walks on the beach a possibility, and we regularly kept our
pool-lounging commitment at mid-day (and usually without any company!). Other highlights included great
evening meals, and day trips to Jacksonville and St. Augustine. Something new for us was a trip to Kingsley Plantation
down A1A south at Ft. George Island. We were able to explore the plantation and surrounding buildings, then take
a narrated (CD) driving tour around the island.
Your unit was so comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The bed in the master bedroom was
especially nice! It was a great experience to wake up each day to the morning sunrise over the ocean.
Thanks once again for making your condo available to us. We look forward to doing it again soon.
Best regards -
David and Susan
Lou,
We had an AMAZING time this weekend. Your home is beautiful and all the ladies and myself genuinely enjoyed it. It was the perfect size and place of relaxation for our getaway.
Thanks again. Amy
